Join Edd Gillan, Southend-on-Sea City Council's Tree Officer and Essex Wildlife Trust for a guided woodland walk around Belfairs
Join Edd for a guided walk around Belfairs Woods, hosted in partnership with the Essex Wildlife Trust Southend, Rochford and Castle Point Local Group. Along the route, Edd will introduce some of his favourite trees, stopping at around 10 to 12 locations.
Get outdoors for 2-3 hours and learn from the Council's Arboricultural Officer, as he shares expert insights and interesting stories and facts about the trees you'll meet. A perfect event for anyone interested in trees, wildlife and the natural heritage of Belfairs.
Meet at Belfairs Nature Discovery Centre to begin the walk.
These walks are suitable for the whole family, with dogs welcome too!
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
